When you register or enquire, we save your name, phone, email and answers so our sales team can contact you about that home. We don't sell your details.

Ad measurement (Google Ads)

Zollar uses the Google tag to measure whether our Google ads lead to enquiries. When you send an enquiry, a signal (no name, phone or email) is shared with Google for conversion measurement. Visitors in Europe, the UK, Switzerland and Canada are asked first; elsewhere it's on by default and you can turn it off anytime. See how Google uses data from partner sites.

Buyer accounts (optional)

If you sign in with Google, we save your name and email from Google (never your password), your saved preferences, and which pages and projects you view and for how long. Our sales team uses this to follow up and help with your search. You can delete this history from My Zollar at any time.

Channel partners

Partners sign in with Google. We record the verified Google email and account ID, each sign-in time, the network (IP) address, an approximate city/region derived from that network, and the browser and device type. We never collect GPS or track location; network location is approximate and is not treated as proof of where someone was. This is used for account security and to settle lead-ownership questions. Only Sambhav Homes owners and managers can see it — never other partners or sales agents. Raw IP addresses are removed after 12 months; registration evidence and its audit history are kept for the length of the partner agreement plus 3 years.
